3. We send you a quote with the discount already applied, without the need for negotiation.

4. We start the search, optimized process with pre-qualified tenants.

5. We only win if you win, when the new tenant signs the contract.

UNINTERRUPTED SUBSCRIPTION: Seniority time only counts if the Portassa Care subscription is kept active without cancellations.

PAYMENTS UP TO DATE: You must be up to date with all Portassa Care service payments.

Does the discount affect my monthly Portassa Care fee?

No. The discount only applies to the intermediation commission when you need a new tenant. Your monthly Portassa Care fee remains the same.

Can I benefit from the discount if I find a tenant on my own?

No. The discount only applies when Portassa Properties fully manages the search and acquisition of the new tenant.

When does my seniority start counting?

From the day you make the first payment for Portassa Care.

What happens if I change plans (Basic → Premium → Platinum)?

Your seniority is maintained. Changing plans does not affect the time counter for the loyalty program.

Does the discount apply to all plans?

Yes. All Portassa Care clients, regardless of the contracted plan, benefit from the same loyalty program.

How do I know what my current discount is?

You can check it at any time by contacting your Portassa Care manager.

Can I use the Welcome Bonus more than once?

Not on the same property. The Welcome Bonus (3 months free + 4th month at 50%) only applies when your property enters the Portassa Properties portfolio for the first time. From then on, you benefit from the Loyalty Program thanks to the seniority accumulated since hiring Portassa Care.

What happens if I cancel and hire again?

If you cancel your Portassa Care subscription, you lose the accumulated seniority. When you hire again, the seniority counter starts from zero.

This ensures that the program rewards continuous loyalty and long-term commitment.

Is it cumulative with the Welcome Bonus?

No. These promotions apply at different times:

• Welcome Bonus: Only when entering the portfolio for the first time (new property in Portassa Properties)

• Loyalty Program: It is necessary to have accumulated a minimum seniority in Portassa Care to be able to enjoy the discounts
